Sc430 Roof Will No Open

Sc430 roof will no open.

Yah i ve held it for 40 seconds before and nothing happens there is no movement whatsoever. When the roof is up i heard the roof try to go upper but is in right place mechanical operation manual operation has been employed only to close trunk lid looks like this roof lock is not working or microswitch.
